This is a remote position.
As a VAS Network Operations Engineer, you will support daily data center operations at one of Sandvines key client sites.
Your attention to detail and investigative skills will be key in monitoring, identifying, and resolving potential issues in a high-availability production environment.
Complex cases will be escalated to Sandvines support teams, while you ensure timely communication and coordination with the customer until resolution.
